Job Title - Communal Cleaner
Location - Horndean, Hampshire
Hours - 40 Hours Per Week
Pay - £12.60 per hour PAYE (Weekly Pay)

Build Recruitment are representing our client who are searching for a Communal Cleaner to join a housing provider covering Horndean and surrounding areas in Hampshire.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, initially offered on a 3-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent following a successful period.

A full UK driving licence is required, as a work vehicle will be provided to travel between sites.

 Key Duties
Cleaning communal areas within residential buildings and blocks of flats

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and maintaining communal floors and surfaces

Cleaning walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and fittings in shared areas

Litter picking and maintaining the general cleanliness of outdoor and indoor communal spaces

Removing smaller dumped items and bin bags to designated collection points

Reporting larger fly-tipped items for specialist removal

Travelling between properties across Horndean and nearby locations
