Senior Quality Engineer - Lead Excellence in Quality Across Global Operations

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a dynamic Quality team across multiple locations

Own the Quality Management System, maintaining key certifications like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 

Drive a culture where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are embedded in everyday operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.

Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and fostering trust with customers and regulatory bodies.

Oversee corrective and preventative actions, championing rapid resolution and data-driven quality metrics.

Support supplier assessments and warranty claim management, ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in quality roles and 2 years in senior role 

Solid experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

Strong coaching skills to mentor your team toward peak performance and professional growth.

Ability to work across multiple sites and build strong relationships to drive quality initiatives.

Commercially aware, with a keen eye on cost efficiency and minimizing waste.

Qualification as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent experience.

Degree-level engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
