Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager (Treasury & Business Planning) to join a well-established, award winning, Housing Association on the outskirts of Manchester. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance your remit will include:

• Lead and go-to specialist for all matters relating to treasury, business planning and financial accounting.
• Supporting the Director of Finance with refinancing and assessing financial needs.
• Working closely with the Director of Finance to update and report on the organisations Business Plan.
• Ensuring the successful submission of regulatory returns and lender reporting.
• Preparation of financial statements.

Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA although non-qualified Finance Mangers with housing association experience will also be considered. This role would suit a self-motivated finance professional, able to forge strong business relationships at all levels to board level, who thrives on autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.
