Residential Support Worker - SE27
Salary: £13.50 + £50 per sleep-in | Full-Time | 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting
• Build positive relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and development
• Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standards
