Primary Duties:

Responsible to lead a store team to achieve sales and profit objectives through exceptional guest service and consistent operational procedures.


  • Ensure a strong sales and service culture built around the GAME selling steps
  • Maximize productivity by excellent planning, thinking, and organizational skills
  • Consistently achieve monthly store evaluation score of 90% or higher
  • Respond to changing business conditions and assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Communicate and resolve customer complaints to appropriate management
  • Perform other projects and tasks requested


  • Present merchandise in a neat and appealing manner following the Visual Presentation Guide
  • Follow cleaning and maintenance routines
  • Ensure accurate merchandise inventory records through precise and timely execution of receiving, transfer and markdown procedures
  • Protect inventory from internal and external theft
  • Prepare for physical inventory counts ensuring accuracy and speed
  • Manage controllable expenses including labor and supplies
  • Maintain equipment and tools


  • Build and inspire a store team committed to achieving company goals
  • Provide clear performance feedback to all team members and address concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Hold team members accountable to key sales standards and measures
  • Assist Store Sale Manager source, select, train, develop and retain top talent to ensure store is fully staffed with qualified team members at all times
  • Set an example of outstanding attendance, positive attitude, professionalism, including orderly and safe work environment
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and traits, including: Accountability, Adaptability, Dependability, Collaboration, and Respect


  • Protect financial assets through disciplined cash handling routines including timely, accurate bank deposits, and monitoring POS change fund over/shorts
  • Protect Fanzz reputation and assets at all times
  • Operate with integrity
  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company
  • Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others



  • 1-2 years retail management experience
  • Relevant math, computer and analytical skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Some bending and lifting (Must be able to lift up to, but not limited to, 35lbs)
  • Must be able to stand for a full shift
  • Must be able to safely climb up and down high ladder
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Moderate to high levels of stress may be associated with this position
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves in English both written and verbally
