The Accounts Assistant position would suit an AAT studier who is seeking an all-round accounts position.
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Process company expense claims
- Daily banking receipts and customer allocation
- Processing payments
- Purchase & sales ledger duties
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Daily bank balance updates
- Foreign exchange, remitting cash duties
- Weekly payments to suppliers
- Creditor invoice coding and distribution
- Processing invoices
General acccounting duties liaising with the Finance Manager on a daily basis.
Key attributes are:
- Accounting/Ledger experience
- Excel Intermediate skills
- SAP experience
Office hours are 8.30-5.30pm, parking on site
