Orka Financial is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a well-known established organisation based in Bracknell, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills that will further your accounting career.

The Accounts Assistant position would suit an AAT studier who is seeking an all-round accounts position.

Duties include:

  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Process company expense claims
  • Daily banking receipts and customer allocation
  • Processing payments
  • Purchase & sales ledger duties
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Daily bank balance updates
  • Foreign exchange, remitting cash duties
  • Weekly payments to suppliers
  • Creditor invoice coding and distribution
  • Processing invoices

General acccounting duties liaising with the Finance Manager on a daily basis.

Key attributes are:

  • Accounting/Ledger experience
  • Excel Intermediate skills
  • SAP experience

Office hours are 8.30-5.30pm, parking on site
