Remedicare are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Chef to join our client in High Wycombe. This home is a 30 bedded service providing high quality care to its supporting residents with varying complex care, currently rated GOOD with CQC.

* Pay rate: £16.00 an hour

* Hours: 40 hours per week

* Shift times 7:30am - 3:00pm (Rotational Weekends)

The successful Chef will:

* Lead the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

* Order supplies and equipment; monitor and record fridge/freezer temperatures; report issues as needed.

* Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for residents and staff, considering dietary and nutritional needs.

Requirements for our Chef:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef in a Residential or Nursing Home within the UK (essential)

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Food and Catering (optional)
