-Develop the sales skills to build a career in investment real estate sales and acquisitions, eventually earning over $350,000 per year in income.
-Access to Waller Group Inventory of off market investment sales properties
-Interface daily with owners of Commercial and multifamily investment property portfolios.
-Learn through direct mentorship with industry veteran and company founder Logan Waller. Highest and best use of commercial real estate, property acquisition strategies, and best practices for Investment real estate sales, brokerage, management and disposition.
-Utilize the best tools and research available in the industry available, including software designed to specifically target owners of investment real estate, including debt structure, tenure of ownership, and probability of selling. Access to extensive industry research to access rent surveys, rent comparable reports and sales data.
-Performance based bonuses paid monthly and commission draws paid every other week.
