The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join this academy from January. The successful candidate will teach Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire students and support strong outcomes. This is a full-time position that includes planning, marking, and holding a tutor group.

Key Responsibilities

Teach high-quality Business lessons across KS4 and KS5.
Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure excellent progress for all learners.
Take responsibility for a tutor group, supporting students' pastoral development and wellbeing.
Contribute to a positive, aspirational learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in academy events, CPD, and extracurricular activities as required.
Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
Experience teaching at KS4 and KS5 (essential).
A commitment to high expectations and securing the best outcomes for students.
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive, solution-focused approach.
