About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering creative, individualised learning to a small group of primary-aged pupils in a nurturing and structured environment. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and behaviour specialists to support each child's academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEMH learners
- Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils who may have complex emotional needs
- Create a safe, structured classroom environment that promotes stability and engagement
- Work collaboratively with support staff and external agencies
- Develop and implement personalised education and behaviour support plans
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needsSupport the development of pupils' social, communication, and life skills
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare
What We're Looking For : - Eligibility to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs (essential)
- A calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- A passion for inclusive education and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
