The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students across a range of subjects, primarily in the classroom

Work closely with teachers to deliver learning activities and differentiated support

*

Provide one-to-one and small group interventions, particularly for students with SEND or EAL

*

Assist in the preparation of resources and classroom materials

*

Contribute to maintaining a positive and focused learning environment

*

Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting

*

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

*

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

*

Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent)

*

Is adaptable, proactive, and keen to contribute to school life
