Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - This role will go permanent for the right candidate

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Labourer to join a friendly and hard-working team in North Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in construction and general site work. The role offers on-the-job training and exposure to a variety of tasks supporting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with site preparation, clearance, and general labouring duties

* Load, unload, and safely handle materials

* Support skilled tradespeople on various construction tasks

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

* Work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Key Skills

* Strong work ethic with a positive, motivated attitude

* Good timekeeping and reliability

* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

* Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

* Physical fitness suitable for manual labour

* Basic knowledge of construction tools and site safety

* Full UK Driving License
