WE'RE HIRING: SMSTS Site Manager with First Aid - Site Supervision - Shopfit 🚧

Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd (PCR) - a leading provider of construction recruitment across the UK - is looking for an experienced Site Manager (SMSTS) with up-to-date First Aid certification for a shopfit project. The site manager/supervisor for the works being undertaken will be signing contractors in/out, dealing with any site/branch issues and referring to the PM.

Scope of works :

• Deliver and Connection of Refrigerated Container on Friday this week. Titan Containers delivering Container, Novus connecting the alarm cabling to the alarm system, once operational and down to temp, then he can leave site.

• Disconnection of mechanical and electrical services to Frozen Coldstore.

• Coldstore contractor removing old units from the roof of the Coldstore and leave in the unloading bay pending collection..

• Units to be collected by DJ Transport for scrapping.

• Coldstore contractor to install new units and undertake flooring works.

• Coldstore contractor to install new Roof units.

• Electrical and mechanical contractors to re-connect new equipment.

• Novus to install new alarm network equipment and connect to Coldstore.

• EPTA to return to site to commission new equipment.

• Removal of Refrigerated Container and ensure site has been cleared.

• We would need daily updates from site to our PM
