Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Groby, LE6
Contract Details: Temporary 12 months, opportunity to go permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, early Friday finish at 1pm!

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Assembler (Production Operator), your duties will include:

Assembling electro-mechanical components with precision and attention to detail

Performing soldering tasks

Utilising manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools efficiently and safely

Following detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure product quality and compliance

Conducting general assembly tasks including cutting, crimping, and component integration

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to multitask and rotate across processes

Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
