This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a proven track record in residential lettings, hospitality sales, or the private rental sector, ideally bringing existing familiarity with the BTR model. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue, from proactively converting inbound leads and conducting compelling property tours to negotiating deals, up-selling amenities, and identifying new commercial avenues.
