ServiceNow Platform Experience

Location : Celebration, FL

Duration : 1 Year (Long Term)

Responsibilities & Duties

    • Provide Subject matter expertise to plan, implement and maintain ServiceNow solution related to Service Portal, Request Management, Service Catalog and Order Guides
    • Work with the project team to understand the requirements and provide architectural guidance on their development plans
    • Design, Build, and Deploy required ServiceNow enhancements/solutions related to Service Portal, Request Management, Service Catalog and Order Guides
    • Ensures all solution information is properly documented
    • Unit tests and Quality checks all development work before being turned over to the customer
    • Work with the project team to assess the business requirements/stories and estimate duration of project activities
    • Work with the Product Management team to create working demos and prototypes as necessary, prior to full deployment within the ServiceNow environment
    • Provide feedback to product management and development teams with regards alternative options and approaches that may not have been considered.
    • Identify upcoming platform release opportunities and stay current with the relevant areas of now and next versions of ServiceNow, making technical recommendations to product management
    • Prepares client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
    • Drives the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client experiences
    • Provide assurance of best practices
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently

Required Skills and Experience

    • 7+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience (Mandatory)
    • 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions related to Service Portal, Request Management, Service Catalog and Order Guides (Mandatory)
    • Thorough knowledge of Business Rule, Workflow, Client script, Server side scripting, UI Policies (Mandatory)
    • Expert in AngularJS, JavaScript, Web Services, jQuery, CSS & Bootstrap (Mandatory)
    • Working knowledge of Agile Scrum Software Development Methodology
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandatory)
    • Excellent presentation skills
