Senior Project Manager - Doncaster (Hybrid/Nationwide Travel) - Up to £60,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + Bonus

Delta Personnel is searching for a Senior Project Manager to oversee large commercial refurb and fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sector. This is a hybrid role with travel across the UK.

The Role

* Lead projects from planning through to snagging and handover

* Manage subcontractors, trades and client relationships

* Control costs, programmes and site health & safety

* Produce reports, meeting minutes and site documentation

* Travel across the UK with flexible home working

Requirements

* Proven background managing large commercial construction projects

* Experience in refurb/fit-out of leisure and hospitality venues desirable

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Comfortable managing multiple sites and deadlines

* IT literate (MS Project, Excel, Outlook essential)

* Project management qualification desirable
