We're partnering with a thriving Food Manufacturing business in South Lincolnshire that's created a brand new SHE Manager role.
Building almost from scratch, with real authority and genuine senior backing.

Whether you're already at Manager level or you're a SHE Advisor or Lead ready to take that next step, this is the role to grow into and make your own.
What you'll be doing:

• Leading the full SHE agenda across site - owning it.
• Partnering with the SLT to shape and deliver strategy
• Driving risk management, investigations, and meaningful root cause analysis
• Building practical policies and systems people actually use
• Creating training that changes behaviour, not just ticks boxes
• Using data and KPIs to spot trends and drive continuous improvement
• Coaching and growing SHE capability across the wider team

What you'll bring:

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), or actively working towards it
• A background in FMCG, food, or fast-paced manufacturing
