Conveyancing / Sales Progression Trainer

Salary: £30,000 basic + commission & bonus (OTE £45,000)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a training and development professional with a background in conveyancing or property sales progression to coach and mentor high-performing teams.

Role Responsibilities:

-     Identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions

-     Deliver engaging team and 1:1 training sessions on conveyancing, sales progression, and compliance

-     Provide expert guidance on AML regulations and property processes

-     Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
