We're working with an established and highly respected creative production company based in North Manchester. Known for delivering bold, eye-catching signage and large-format graphic solutions across the UK, they work on everything from commercial exteriors and interiors to high-profile outdoor campaigns. As their business continues to expand, they're now looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take the lead on site-based delivery and installation operations.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a wide range of signage installations—managing teams, ensuring site readiness, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll play a key part in ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Duties:
Take ownership of the full installation process, from planning through to final sign-off

Manage and support a team of fitters both on-site and remotely

Conduct site visits, surveys, and risk assessments

Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor and enforce health & safety standards in line with company and legal requirements

Keep installation tools, vehicles, and equipment well-maintained and project-ready

Mentor junior team members and support their on-site training

What We're Looking For:
Solid background in signage installation, fit-out, or related construction environments

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and solve problems on-site

Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence (both essential)

IPAF and PASMA certifications are highly desirable

Strong understanding of health and safety standards and risk documentation (RAMS)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans

Confident communicator who's client-focused and solution-driven
