Growing commercial furniture company is looking for a Project Manager. Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of project management experience, dealing with architects and engineers. Construction industry experience would be a plus.
Manage all project documentation and maintain Project Binder. Provide support and report updated information on an ongoing basis to the Account Manager.
Assist Team Leader in generating specifications
Assist Team Leader in research product solutions and develop specifications if needed
Request and negotiate pricing with vendors
Generate proposals for client sign-off
Attend all Construction Meetings
Manage COM/COL, Custom Finish and Shop Drawing approval process
Manage change orders and advise the client of any implications
Oversee tracking and schedule
Manage field verification process
Manage installation schedule and team
Manage the delivery & installation of all furniture
Perform punchlist with the client
Insure that all project documents are received on schedule and that Project Milestone dates are being met
Attend weekly internal Project Team meetings
