Production Planner is needed for a Kent based manufacturing who pride themselves on only adding the best ingredients into their products.

THE PRODUCTION PLANNER

Key aspects of the role include:

Accountable for site production plans, accurate monitoring of customer service, wastage, courier costs and other associated KPI's.
Monitor and review production plan vs. capacity to accurately reflect manufacturing capability and ensure maximum production efficiency.
Review customers forecast.
Monitor stock level and shelf life to minimize waste and schedule manufacturing of new stock accordingly.
Ensure plan changes are communicated to wider site team so any required changes to fruit/packaging deliveries can be managed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Key skills required for this role are:

At least 2 years' planning experience within manufacturing industry ideally food and beverages industry.
Customer service experience.
Proven ability of forecasting and analyzing customers demand
Excellent level of numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent planning and coordinating skills.
Proactive person with excellent attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Word and Excel skills.
