This role involves maintaining luxury residential properties to an exceptional standard, ensuring residents receive a first-class service.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Carry out general property maintenance across residential buildings

Perform carpentry, tiling, and fabric repairs

*

Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locking systems

*

Undertake basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, toilets, pipework)

*

Source materials from local suppliers as required

*

Supervise contractors on site when necessary

*

Maintain high standards of presentation within luxury properties

*

Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property role

Strong practical skills using hand and power tools

Expertise in one or more building trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling)

Basic plumbing knowledge

Good understanding of building maintenance practices

Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Strong numeracy skills for measuring and calculations

Professional manner with residents and stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
