Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by completing booking procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless “right-first-time” experience for every client.
- Manage import processes with confidence, providing clear guidance and expertise to clients to support smooth and compliant shipments.
- Handle client payments where credit terms are not in place, ensuring transactions are processed securely and professionally.
- Prepare and verify all documentation required for customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with relevant regulations.
- Select and coordinate with trusted suppliers, choosing partners who offer the best balance of service, reliability, and value for our customers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and deliver clear, compelling quotations to clients to support their logistics needs.
- Contribute to the growth of our European Centre of Excellence, helping to enhance processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activities follow Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) standards, consistently working in line with established procedures and work instructions.
