My client are a wealth management business based near Guildford who provide financial advice to high net worth private individuals, families, trusts and businesses spread across London and the southeast. I have placed 5 staff into the business and have seen the business grow from strength to strength in that time and they have a 5 year growth plan to take the business to the next level.

The Directors are looking to offer an amazing opportunity to an Investment Administrator with at least 2 years' experience in Investment Administration dealing with HNW portfolios. You will be responsible for making trades on behalf of the clients, balancing portfolios, creating contract notes, logging all transactions on the internal CRM, answering all client and provider queries and support the wider investment team. Secondly, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the Investment Committee, preparing all documentation, the operation setup of the committee and ensure all follow-up actions are fulfilled post-committee meetings. You will be involved in some investment research and writing reports for the advisers ahead of Investment Committee meetings.

This opportunity requires a high level of numeracy and analytical ability with a natural curiosity, great passion for investment with evidence of exposure/interest to investment management, excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
