Interim Group Head of Finance 6 Month Contract £90,000 - £100,000k Hybrid Leicester 

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business who are looking for an Interim Group Head of Finance to support them through an period of growth and change. 

This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening controls, improving processes and bringing structure to a busy finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group finance function across multiple entities

• Ownership of group consolidation and monthly financial reporting

• Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and year end process

• Manage the external audit process and act as the key point of contact for auditors

• Ensure strong financial controls and governance across the group

• Lead the technical accounting agenda, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

• Review and improve financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy

• Support the development and implementation of finance systems and reporting improvements

• Provide clear financial insight and reporting to senior leadership and board

• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team

Key Skills

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Strong technical accounting knowledge

• Experience in group reporting and consolidations

• Experience managing audit and statutory reporting processes

• Strong financial controls and governance background

• Experience working within multi entity or group structures
