About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Manager or Management Couple to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small dedicated team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in this highly regarded boutique property.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily operations: guest relations, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service

*

Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team

*

Creating rotas, overseeing training, and managing team performance

*

Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service

*

Monitoring occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance

*

Driving initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction

*

Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations

*

Liaising with the wider leadership team and supporting group marketing and operational activities

This is a hands-on role, with regular guest interaction and active involvement in daily operations.

About You
