Community Psychiatric Nurse

  • Band: 6
  • Team: Recovery service
  • Location: Essex
  • Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Negotiable)
  • Pay rate: £26-27 per hour depending on experience
  • Must be a fully qualified RMN, SW or OT
  • Preferably have care co-ordination experience

Responsibilities;

  • Participate in ward reviews, placement reviews, arrange and attend CPA reviews.
  • Conduct assessments of new referrals.
  • Liaise with other services (Inpatient services, other community mental health services and outside agencies).
  • Be on rota to cover duty.
  • Manage a caseload.
