HR Manager/Office Manager
Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a role with a strong HR focus and line management? This could be the role for you?
This is a really exciting opportunity to work for a medium sized finance organisation in the West end: The role involves:
- Line management and training for the administration support team
- Indepth HR to include the employee benefits, recruitment, HR administration, new starter/leaver management, record management with the support of a HR coordinator
- Implementation and overseeing of policies and procedures,
- Overseeing of suppliers, building management and events and a potential future office move.
- Oversight on implementation of global strategy and headcount approvals in European offices
This role is key and we are looking for someone who is adept at building relationships and managing a team, someone who is able to see change through and manage a large remit
