Vibe Recruit are partnering with a leading global medical devices and healthcare organisation based in Witney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned company specialising in the design and manufacture of glucose monitoring systems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the investigation of returned products, playing a key role in quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate returned products using internal systems to determine root causes
Assess product quality and identify faults or defects
Carry out investigations in line with site procedures and quality standards
Monitor equipment and support the safe movement of materials in and out of the cleanroom
Accurately record findings and maintain detailed documentation
Use Microsoft Office to support reporting and data tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and complaint readiness activitiesAbout You:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain high quality standards
