Job Description

Assistant Company Secretary - Financial ServicesLondon Role: - Responsibility for all governance matters and management of legal entities in the Europe, Middle East and African region - Assist with the management of the corporate structures in the region, including organising and dissolving entities and ongoing compliance with local legal requirements - Assist with corporate reorganisations, including asset or business transfers - Manage intercompany agreements and asset transfer agreements - Maintain legal entity records, including minute books, for entities in the region - Assists with the implementation of the Entity Formation and Management Procedures in the region - Manage outside regional counsel on entity matters, including annual budgets

Assistant Company Secretary - Financial Services London Essential: - Good level of corporate governance knowledge, ideally on an international basis - Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - Demonstrable background in entity management - ICSA qualified (ideally)
