The role will involve 

Supporting fee earners with their caseloads of private client matters, with a view to running your own caseload further down the line
Liaising with clients by phone, email and face to face
Drafting of legal documents including wills and LPA's
Liaising with clients and third party professionals
Assisting fee earners in matters pertaining to wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planning
Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputationSuitable candidates will have:

Previous experience supporting Private Client fee earners 
Experience of drafting wills and LPA's
A good understanding of  administration of estates
Knowledge of estate planning
A good level of computer literacy 
Excellent client care and IT skillsThis is a permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
