JDS Recruitment are looking for a reliable and experienced recruiter to cover a maternity leave at JDS Recruitment.

This is a warm, well-established desk within the education recruitment sector, supported by a loyal client base. You’ll be stepping into a busy, successful area of the business with plenty of scope to maintain and nurture long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Account management of existing schools and clients

Handling day-to-day recruitment operations (bookings, compliance, candidate care)

Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates

Office-based, full-time role in Loughton

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in education recruitment or a fast-paced agency environment

A confident relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach

Able to hit the ground running and ensure continuity during maternity cover
