We're currently looking for a Part Time Administrator/Customer Support Assistant to join our client's friendly team! If you're looking for a flexible part time opportunity where you can put your organisational and customer service skills to good use, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you'll be doing:
Handling incoming calls and emails with a professional and helpful approach
Supporting customers with queries, providing accurate information and timely updates
Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinating appointments or schedules as needed
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
