Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
My client based on the Trentham Lakes area of Stoke on Trent is looking for a Commercial Assistant.
- Process customer request for quotations.
- Purchase Order administration - including processing orders and updating clients with any requests for information.
- Maintenance of customer and supplier records.
- Produce reports and statistics for management and client review.
- General office duties such as Incoming reception calls, Departmental filing, and post duties.
- Meet, greet, and serve refreshments to customers undertaking on-site visits.
- Support the Marketing team with organising of corporate events, exhibitions & online research.
- Good standard of education and academic qualifications
- Previous office administration experience
A confident and effective communicator, liaising between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Quality, Logistics, Accounts
Hours of work are 8.15am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.15am - 3.00pm on a Friday
Salary is dependant upon experience.
