We are working with a care provider that operate a portfolio of care homes across the North. They're an award-winning business that promotes 5* high quality care for residents and professional development for all its employees.

They are now looking for an experienced Home Manager wanting to step up into a General Manager role, where you will oversee the development of the home as well as the marketing, financials, occupancy, recruitment etc. This is a 5* medium to large sized service that provides residential and dementia care for elderly people and with the company recently performing so well, this an excellent opportunity for this to be one of the most successful homes in area.

You will not be & the Registered Manager.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must be currently working in a Home Managers position within an elderly care home that works to a high standard or preferably have experience of working in a well ran home.
&

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a positive person who can recruit, retain and motivate an excellent staff team, as well as rebuild relationships with external professionals and essentially, ensure that all residents are cared for to the best possible standard. Finally, the candidate must be commercially aware and treat the service as if it's their own business, being able to confidently promote and market the homes potential.

We can only accept applications from people who are currently working within the elderly care home sector, for this position.

Location
This role is based near Crewe, Cheshire and is commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield, Chester, Newcastle Under-Lyme, Northwich and Wrexham.
