We are currently recruiting for an operations assistant to join an exciting investment firm in London’s beautiful West End. This incredibly hands-on position will be supporting the wider operations team in the running of their head office. A truly varied role, it will encompass all areas of operation such as supply chains, marketing, HR, office management, reception, recruitment, and events. There is a real opportunity for this role to grow in terms of responsibility and develop over time. The successful applicant will need to have a positive and proactive approach, a high attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise their time effectively to help ensure the business is operating at maximum efficiency. Due to the nature of the role, they are ideally looking for a self-starter with at least a year or two’s experience in HR or operations!
