Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic L2 & L3 Teaching Assistants, to join vibrant and supportive primary schools across Maghull & surrounding areas. We are looking for those with a strong background working with SEN students.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support learning - Help deliver lessons and assist students in understanding and completing work.

• Aid individual and group progress - Provide targeted help to students with varying abilities and needs.

• Maintain a positive classroom environment - Promote good behaviour, safety, and engagement.

• Assist the teacher - Prepare materials, organise activities, and support classroom management.

• Promote student well-being - Encourage confidence, independence, and inclusion.
