Looking for a motivated, hands-on Shift Manager to lead our production teams and ensure our delicious products are made to the highest standards - every shift, every time.

Key Skills
Leading a team of production operatives and supervisors to meet daily output and quality targets

Ensuring health & safety, hygiene, and food safety standards are met at all times

Managing shift performance - monitoring KPIs, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement

Collaborating with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Planning) to ensure smooth shift operations

Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential

You will have:
Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment

Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting

Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance

A hands-on approach with great communication and problem-solving skills
