We are currently searching for a DYNAMIC Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing team in our Miami/Doral office. The ideal candidate will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch. We are a financially stable Company that offers a terrific work environment that is happy and fun filled with a team that loves what they do! We also offer future upward mobility and growth if that is desired and the person shows strong potential for the Staffing and Human Resources industry.
* A minimum of 2 years experience answering phones to include general office clerical experience in a professional office environment.
* Staffing industry experience highly desired but not required.
*Be fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Have a clear and friendly - professional phone voice.
* Have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
* Must love to work with all types of personalities and have excellent people skills.
* Excellent English Grammar.
* Have a clean professional appearance and attitude.
* Have a great multi-tasking ability and be well organized.
* Must be reliable and detail oriented.
* Type a minimum of 45 wpm accurately.
* Data entry must be over 6,000 keystrokes.
* Be computer proficient and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excel is a plus.
