A highly respected independent insurance broker in North London is looking to appoint a Head of Broking to lead their commercial broking function.

This is a brand-new leadership role reporting directly to the Owner, giving you real influence across broking strategy, insurer engagement, and team development.

The business is growing consistently (10%+ YOY), has an excellent reputation in the market, and maintains a genuine people-first culture with long-standing client relationships.

The Opportunity

• Salary up to £100,000 + Bonus
• Lead and develop a team of commercial brokers
• Own and strengthen key insurer relationships
• Provide technical oversight across commercial placements
• Work with a diverse portfolio – from SMEs to international organisations
• Play a key role in strategy, growth, and operational excellence

What we’re looking for

• Strong Commercial Broking background
• Expertise in Property Owners and Commercial Combined Insurance
• CII qualified (DipCII / ACII preferred)
• Proven ability to build insurer relationships and mentor brokers
• A commercially minded professional ready to step into a senior leadership role
