Job Title: Contract Supervisor - Commercial Property

Location: St Pauls, Central London

Salary: £63,000 - £65,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Contract Supervisor Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a team of day engineers, fabric engineer and on-site admin.

* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain accurate documentation

* Keep plant rooms in excellent condition and operational readiness

* Deliver reactive works and minor project improvements to contract standards

* Attend client meetings, providing updates on performance and site delivery

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site

* £63,000 - £65,000 per annum
