We are recruiting for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance textiles for the tennis industry, supplying global brands with innovative materials used in apparel, nets, and surfaces. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspection Operative to join our Quality Control team and ensure every product leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and physical inspections of finished textile products to ensure they meet customer and internal quality specifications.
Identify and record defects such as weaving faults, dye inconsistencies, or dimensional inaccuracies.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Work closely with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Operate inspection equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area in line with health and safety standards.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in textile or fabric inspection is desirable but not essential, though full training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Physically fit, as some standing and manual handling is required.
