SMART Repair Technician

Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a SMART Repair Technician. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the SMART Repair Technician are as follows:

* Carry out SMART (Small, Medium Area Repair Technology) repairs to vehicles

* Repairs can include alloy refurbs, scratches, dents, scuffs, windscreens etc

* Stripping, reworking and refitting parts

* Carry out all repairs to a high quality

To be a successful candidate for the SMART Repair Technician role you must:

* Previous experience within a SMART Repair / Paint Technician role

* Be happy working in a fast paced environment

* Full UK Licence

Salary and Benefits:

* £30k - £33k basic plus bonus

* OTE £37k - £40k realistic and achievable
