We're working with a well-established national property services contractor looking for an experienced Planned Works Supervisor (Internals) to oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across Sussex. The Role:
As Planned Works Supervisor, you'll manage daily site operations and supervise teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll coordinate labour and materials, monitor progress, maintain health & safety compliance, and handle site challenges with a practical, hands-on approach.

️ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations for internal refurbishment projects (kitchens/bathrooms)

Supervise direct labour and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work

Coordinate resources and ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain full health & safety compliance on site

Carry out site inspections and resolve any issues that arise

Keep accurate records and report on progress

✅ What You'll Need:

SMSTS and NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade (essential)

5-10 years' experience delivering planned works (kitchens/bathrooms preferred)

Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively

Strong working knowledge of construction regulations, health & safety, and quality standards

Good IT skills and confidence with reporting
