They are also happy to offer hybrid parking.Assistant SchedulerAbout the role – This role will support the maintenance schedulers in appointing day to day repairs jobs, ensuring right first-time fixes and meeting SLA appointing targets. The role will involve providing general administration support to the maintenance scheduling team.Contacting clients bout their repairs and appointments and providing a customer centric point of contact.
•Maintaining important records to allow effective and timely ‘follow-on’Administration support including data management and entry, updating records, and responding to internal enquiries via Microsoft 365 and emailTo receive customer feedback positively as a chance to improve our services
