Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm

Location: ChessingtonPay: £12.21 per hourHours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy operation in Chessington. You’ll be working with high-volume consumer tech products such as cables, docking stations, speakers, phone cases, accessory packs, smart watches and drones.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing inbound goods
• Working within a large, friendly team
• Keeping pace in a fast-moving environment
• Standing throughout the shift
• Maintaining strong attention to detail
• Segregation of stock
• Handling Spaghetti Stock
• EB Accessories
• Grading batteries
• Listing items using stock codes
• WEEE management
• Goods in & goods out
• Reporting and basic admin

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet all day
• Able to follow structured processes
• Accurate, organised, and proactive
• A clear communicator who works well in a team

It would be a benefit if you speak an Eastern European language, as the team is multicultural and this can support internal communication — but this is NOT essential and everyone is encouraged to apply.
