Company Overview: My client are a Medium Sized main contractor with an annual turnover of around £65m. They carry out projects in the commercial, residential, education and health care sectors

Project: The have recently won a £1.5m refurbishment project in Farnham, it is a laboratory and it is mostly internal works.

Individual: They are looking for a competent SM who has experience of running Jobs as a standalone no.1 manager. This will involve the responsibility all off day-to-day site activity. The successful candidate will also need to have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Prior experience of labs or refurbishment is not necessary. Ability to man manager and keep a good relationship with the client is imperative
