MEP Manager - High-End Residential Development - Wembley, London - Tier 1 Main Contractor

The Opportunity

You will join the delivery phase of a prestigious high-end residential development in Wembley, overseeing approximately £10m of MEP services across a technically challenging scheme.

Working as a key member of the project team, you will:

* Take full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of all MEP packages

* Manage and drive performance of a well-regarded M&E contractor

* Oversee quality, programme, commissioning, and handover of services

* Ensure seamless integration of MEP with wider construction activities

* Act as the technical lead for building services on site

Following the next 10-12 months in delivery, you will transition into the preconstruction phase of the next stage of the development, giving you exposure to design development, procurement strategy, and early contractor engagement, a rare opportunity to gain both delivery and precon experience within the same flagship scheme.

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience as an MEP Manager or Senior Building Services Manager within a main contractor environment

* Strong background delivering residential projects (high-rise or high-end preferred)

* Experience managing M&E contractors on packages £5m+

* Technically strong across mechanical and electrical services

* Proactive, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
