A well established and well-known Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive range of residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, or MRICS Quantity Surveyor, with senior ambitions, to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of residential projects, refurbishments, new build and cladding remediation.

The team are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has good pre contract experience and is eager to take on projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Preferably MRICS
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
Residential experience
Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
Pre contract knowledge
Client facing
